Backgrounds All allies and contacts require names, brief histories, and reasons as to why they should help you.
Herd members need a name and a brief history including how you met them, what they do for you (besides give you blood)
Influence now requires a brief write up of exactly HOW you influence something (does your police influence come from being an ex-cop or is it because you have pictures of the DA cheating on his wife with the mailman?)
Fame and resources will need to be maintained in some way, shape, or form. This could be anything from social or character building scenes to something as simple mentioning interviews, autographs, meetings, going to work, coming from work, etc.
Merits You can have up to 7 points worth of Merits. Each additional Merit after this has its' cost modifier increase by one stage. Example: 1st Merit past 7 points is at a x3, the 2nd Merit past 7 points is at a x4, and so on
Blood Bonds Blood bonds will have a shorter duration in our game to wear off. To go from 3 to 2 steps bound is 3 months IN GAME with out drinking the vampire's blood. From 2 to 1 is an additional 2 months after. 1 to 0 is 1 month. So, in total to completely be free you need 6 months to break that kind of bond.
