Vincent's Apartment.... And Lab

Vincent had used his and his ghouls considerable resources to move into a very spacious and well-off apartment about twenty minutes away from the Silverbird Art Institute. The apartment itself seems to have all the furnishing required to house 3 people and on the outset looks fairly nice with leather sofas, a kitchen with varnished marble quite sizeable, even large enough to have a house-wrecking party.But about half the house, unbeknownst to any visitors is that in the side rooms there is a makeshift lab having been set up (And in some place still being set up) by Vincent, full of silver pentagrams, candles, neatly stacked notes, and all manner of bizarre ingredients.
